Another Phase of my Metamorphosis
I just moved into a new apartment with Peter, a close friend of mine here in Tazzie. he took care of everything while i was in Melbourne, sparing me from all the formalities and stuff, so i want to take this opportunity to thank him.

this new place that ive got, is located about 2.5blocks away from my old place and it is AB-SoluTe-Ly Fabulous. clean carpets, modern kitchen (well kinda), the toilet is spacious complete with a washer and the best is perhaps the dryer. i was laundry stricken for the past 5 months living at my old place, yes true story.
the views i get from my room, living area and "outside" are just stunning. sometimes i have to chose which direction i wanna stare into whilst enjoying my short black coffee in the morning. i have pictures to show off but i wont post them here yet :p mainly because im lazy.
whats better is the affordable price.. seriously this place does not look nor feel like a place for a uni student. more like for a young buisnessman/woman. because of this, Peter and i were ready for some unexpected things when we moved in here.. our 1st guess was that this place had a bad history - unsolved murder. thus haunted... but clearly that wasnt the case (we havent met any apparitions or ghostly figures, nor have we encountered any anthroplasmic happenings etc...
it wasnt noise polution either, this apartment is a little street branching off Sandy Bay Road, 2nd floor - quite far away from the main traffic.
the neighbours are as quiet as a mouse, or mice whichever you preffer.
so what was it?
only yesterday we had a revelation, we finally know why we got this place at such a good deal.
ANTS
yes those pesky litttle legions of armies. they come in such numbers they make your skin crawl. leave a piece of pineapple from your hawaiian pizza and in no time they come marching out of the crevices like highly trained soldiers in an army led by Alexander, or Antlexander even.
usually the source of an ant infestation can be easily found - they all crawl out from the same hole. but not these ants in my place.. they seem to have mastered portal technology from Stargate or something, they warp, yes WARP out of no where. too bad they dont warp INTO no where =(
again i have pictures but this is no National Geographic Blog, besides, their numbers are so disturbing you will get disturbed by looking at them.
just to give you an idea:
they are capable of hauling you out of your bed room while youre sleeping, yes that includes opening the door. true story.
too bad they dont metamorph like butterflies... if not i can tell them im of the same genre as them and hopefully talk things out...like a peace treaty or something....
